kundainfo.ch is a online information tool for the K&A in Zurich wich I recently built for the social departement of the city of Zurich. The project is based on a prototype I started building in winter 2021 and then introduced to the K&A Team in spring 2022. After about a half a year - I almost forgot about the project - the social departement teturned to me with the anawere that they want to realize the project. Kontakt und Anlaufstelle (K&A) is a low level Service for socialy handicaped adults living in the city of Zurich Switzerland. The provide basic support in many different aspects such as lunsh Service, basic medical support, a possibility to take a shower or do the laundry and much more. It also provides a protected environment for consumption of psychoactive substances. You will have to show an ID and proof of address to gain access to the locations. At the Moment there are 3 different locations in Zurich. Other cities in Switzerland provide similar services with the same or nearly the same Service description.
